Dijana’s focus is on the analysis and interpretation of various social relationships in contemporary society. She also explores the process of creative work itself and the shifting and relativising of boundaries in the relationship between artist and audience. In this work she uses rubber gloves as a subversion of human responsibility, as an element that separates us within the personal and general social spheres and our “responsibility” towards them. Untitled (Glove session) is an installation that changes constantly. By releasing air, the gloves are set in motion and the installation takes on different forms over time. The structure, volume and shadows are constantly changing.
